Dotkli sme sa pritom aj tematiky \u201enosite\u013en\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed&#8221;, ktor\u00e9 by mali umo\u017eni\u0165 kontinu\u00e1lne monitorovanie z\u00e1klad\u00adn\u00fdch fyziologick\u00fdch funkci\u00ed organizmu, roz\u0161iruj\u00fac tak mo\u017e\u00adnosti diagnostiky a sledovania zdravotn\u00e9ho stavu pacientov v re\u00e1lnom \u010dase. Pri v\u00fdbere dne\u0161nej t\u00e9my sme sa rozhodli roz\u00advin\u00fa\u0165 pr\u00e1ve t\u00fato tematiku, av\u0161ak z poh\u013eadu toho, \u010do n\u00e1s prav\u00addepodobne o\u010dak\u00e1va za hranicami klasick\u00fdch nosite\u013en\u00fdch za\u00adriaden\u00ed ako ich v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti pozn\u00e1me. Znova, vzh\u013eadom na t\u00fdch \u010ditate\u013eov, ktor\u00fdm sa nechce str\u00e1vi\u0165 dni a\u017e t\u00fd\u017edne \u0161tudo\u00advan\u00edm nudnej vedeckej literat\u00fary, sa aj dnes odvol\u00e1vame na \u010dl\u00e1nok p\u00edsan\u00fd populariza\u010dn\u00fdm \u0161t\u00fdlom. V\u00fdchodiskov\u00fdm bo\u00addom je tentoraz jedin\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nok lond\u00fdnskej report\u00e9rky \u010dasopi\u00adsu Nature Elizabeth Gibneyovej s n\u00e1zvom The body electric (2015; 5287580): 26-28), v ktorom sa \u010ditatelia m\u00f4\u017eu do\u010d\u00edta\u0165 o vybranej t\u00e9me viac.<\/p>\n<p>Vn\u00edmanie fyziologick\u00fdch funkci\u00ed n\u00e1\u0161ho tela je u\u017e v s\u00fa\u010das\u00adnosti \u201evylep\u0161ovan\u00e9&#8221; mnoh\u00fdmi nosite\u013en\u00fdmi zariadeniami, ak\u00fd\u00admi s\u00fa na\u0161e smart telef\u00f3ny, smart n\u00e1ramky alebo smart ho\u00addinky. Tie v\u0161ak maj\u00fa zatia\u013e jeden ve\u013ek\u00fd spolo\u010dn\u00fd menovate\u013e, v\u0161etky s\u00fa od organizmu pomerne silno izolovan\u00e9, predstavu\u00adj\u00fa doslova extern\u00e9 zariadenia. Aktu\u00e1lne sme v\u0161ak svedkami rozvoja, ktor\u00fd s najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ou pravdepodobnos\u0165ou povedie k no\u00adv\u00fdm gener\u00e1ci\u00e1m nosite\u013en\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed, funguj\u00facim v ove\u013ea u\u017e\u0161om prepojen\u00ed s organizmom, ne\u017e sme na to doteraz zvyk\u00adnut\u00ed. V tejto prirodzenej transform\u00e1cii sa elektronika dost\u00e1va \u010doraz bli\u017e\u0161ie k n\u00e1\u0161mu telu, dokonca a\u017e do n\u00e1\u0161ho tela, a po\u00admali\u010dky sa st\u00e1va jej integr\u00e1lnou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou.<\/p>\n<p>Prv\u00fdm krokom v tomto smere s\u00fa bezdr\u00f4tov\u00e9 senzory pri\u013enut\u00e9 k poko\u017eke, schopn\u00e9 zbiera\u0165 z tela inform\u00e1cie ako tep\u00adlota, pulz, krvn\u00fd tlak a frekvencia d\u00fdchania a odovzda\u0165 ich na hodnotenie extern\u00e9mu zdroju. Nie\u010do, \u010do si mo\u017eno najlep\u0161ie vieme predstavi\u0165 ako do\u010dasn\u00e9 smart tetovania. V tomto pr\u00ed\u00adpade m\u00e1 materi\u00e1lov\u00fd v\u00fdskum za \u00falohu vytvori\u0165 l\u00e1tky schopn\u00e9 zvl\u00e1dnu\u0165 biologick\u00e9 funkcie poko\u017eky ako ohnutie, na\u0165ahova\u00adnie a zdurenie. Ako pr\u00edklad sa d\u00e1 uvies\u0165 \u201eepiderm\u00e1lna elektro\u00adnika&#8221; vo forme flexibiln\u00fdch, biodegradovate\u013en\u00fdch n\u00e1plast\u00ed na\u00adpodob\u0148uj\u00facich do\u010dasn\u00e9 detsk\u00e9 tetovania, av\u0161ak obsahuj\u00face plej\u00e1du senzorov. Pri hr\u00fabke pribli\u017ene 30 mikrometrov a plo\u00adche asi 3,5 cm x 2cm si tu n\u00e1jdu miesto zariadenia ako tep\u00adlotn\u00fd senzor, elektrokardiogramov\u00fd senzor, elektromyogramov\u00fd senzor, s\u00fa\u010diastky na r\u00e1diofrekven\u010dn\u00fa komunik\u00e1ciu, bezdr\u00f4tov\u00e1 zdrojov\u00e1 cievka, ant\u00e9na, LED, tenzometer, a in\u00e9. Testovan\u00e9 s\u00fa pritom napr. na monitorovanie vit\u00e1lnych zn\u00e1\u00admok v intenz\u00edvnej novorodeneckej starostlivosti alebo na sledovanie zn\u00e1mok ochorenia u pacientov s Parkinsonovou chorobou. Ako zauj\u00edmavos\u0165 sa oplat\u00ed pripomen\u00fa\u0165 publikova\u00adn\u00fd test, v ktorom tak\u00e1to epiderm\u00e1lna elektronika \u201enalepen\u00e1&#8221; na hrdle umo\u017enila cez jej elektromyogramov\u00fd senzor neinvaz\u00edvne sledovanie svalovej aktivity po\u010das re\u010di. Umo\u017enila n\u00e1\u00adsledne rozozna\u0165 \u0161pecifick\u00e9 vzory limitovan\u00e9ho s\u00faboru slov, ktor\u00e9 zase cez \u0161peci\u00e1lny algoritmus schopn\u00fd rozozna\u0165 tie\u00adto vzory umo\u017enili hlasov\u00e9 ovl\u00e1danie jednoduchej videohry (Sokoban). In\u00e1 pracovn\u00e1 skupina sa rozhodla odp\u00fata\u0165 od silik\u00f3nov\u00e9ho z\u00e1kladu t\u00fdchto elektronick\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed a tes\u00adtova\u0165 mo\u017enosti pon\u00fakan\u00e9 organick\u00fdmi elektronick\u00fdmi ob\u00advodmi. Podarilo sa im dosiahnu\u0165 mikrometer tenk\u00fd plastov\u00fd film pomerne ve\u013ek\u00fdch rozmerov, nalo\u017een\u00fd senzormi, ktor\u00fd je schopn\u00fd fungova\u0165 ako \u201eelektronick\u00e1 poko\u017eka&#8221; zvl\u00e1daj\u00faca ohnutia a na\u0165ahovania aj v tak\u00fdch nam\u00e1han\u00fdch oblastiach, ako s\u00fa k\u013aby. Pod intenz\u00edvnym v\u00fd\u00advinom s\u00fa flexibiln\u00e9 elektronick\u00e9 senzory, zalo\u017een\u00e9 na b\u00e1ze vodiv\u00fdch polym\u00e9rov, schopn\u00e9 zachyti\u0165 napr. charakteristic\u00adk\u00e9 elektrick\u00e9 vzory mozgovej aktivity pacientov s epilepsiou alebo Parkinsonovou chorobou. Testuj\u00fa sa tie\u017e organick\u00e9 elektronick\u00e9 pumpy, schopn\u00e9 na z\u00e1klade elektrick\u00e9ho v\u00fdbo\u00adja uvo\u013eni\u0165 mal\u00e9 nabit\u00e9 \u010dastice liekov zo svojich rezervo\u00e1rov. Podob\u00adnej technike sa tie\u017e venuje pozornos\u0165 s cie\u013eom sk\u00fama\u0165 mo\u017e\u00adnosti administr\u00e1cie analget\u00edk priamo do miechy u pacientov s chronick\u00fdmi neuropatick\u00fdmi boles\u0165ami. Pri hlb\u0161ie ulo\u017een\u00fdch zariadeniach v\u0161ak tieto sys\u00adt\u00e9my zatia\u013e nefunguj\u00fa. Ako jedno z mo\u017en\u00fdch rie\u0161en\u00ed na tento probl\u00e9m sa navrhlo vyu\u017eitie konverzie pohybu tela na elek\u00adtrick\u00fa energiu, napr. vo forme vyu\u017eitia statickej energie generovate\u013enej pri n\u00e1dychu a v\u00fddychu pacienta. Tak\u00fdto nanogener\u00e1tor m\u00f4\u017ee vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 napr. dva polym\u00e9rov\u00e9 povrchy stla\u010den\u00e9 medzi elektr\u00f3dy a prepojen\u00e9 do obvodu. Pri n\u00e1dychu a v\u00fddy\u00adchu sa tieto povrchy zbl\u00ed\u017eia a oddialia \u0165ahaj\u00fac medzi sebou elektr\u00f3ny. Vzniknut\u00fd n\u00e1boj vedie k toku r\u00e1dovo miliamp\u00e9rov pr\u00fadu v obvode. Na z\u00e1klade \u00fa\u010delu zariaden\u00ed v\u0161ak aj \u00falohy na vyrie\u0161enie m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 odli\u0161n\u00e9. V niektor\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch je po\u00adtrebn\u00e9 zabezpe\u010di\u0165 fungovanie implantovan\u00e9ho pr\u00edstroja na cel\u00fd \u017eivot pacienta, v in\u00fdch je t\u00e1to potreba \u010dasovo limitova\u00adn\u00e1.
