In 2016 we analyzed 812 stones in Medirex, a. s. There was a strong man dominance over women in our group of patients (2.3:1). Urolithiasis mainly affects the age group 30 \u2013 69-years, with a peak of 60 \u2013 69 years. The most frequent findings in our group of patients were whewellite in 28% of cases, whewellite \u2013 weddellite in 23%, whew- ellite \u2013 weddellite \u2013 calcium phosphate in 14% and uricit in 13%. Other types of urinary stones occurred significantly more rarely.
